First sneak into a sake bar specializing in old sake to compare three different kinds of sake.
The first was Genroku. Aiming to reproduce sake from the Edo period, it was made using the same methods used in those days and aged for 20 years.
The color is reddish as shown in the photo. It is the sweetest of the three, and makes you want chocolate.
