Hatsumigoyo Honjozo Kansai Sake-new Year's Party㉒ The second meeting at a nearby restaurant from the one just mentioned. The stairs were so steep that it was almost perpendicular. It was scary because the stairs were so steep! This restaurant also serves lunch, with all-you-can-eat rice, miso soup, and keema curry 😊. I've never been 😅 I didn't expect to be able to drink the non Miyazaki sake 😳 Very disappointed I didn't get a shot of the bottle 😥. It's refreshing and pretty sweet. I drank Reimei after this, but there is a big gap between this and Reimei even though they are the same honjozo! They had sake from all 47 prefectures from Hokkaido to Okinawa 😳It's too bad we couldn't see the labels...

Hello bouken evangelist 😃. It's true, it's the Miyazaki sake of "Daitoh" 😄. I didn't know there was a store in Osaka that carries it... I'd like to visit that store. ❗️

Hi Ponchan 😃 You can go to this store and you can win the whole country in many rounds 🤣. All of them had a lot of Junmai and Honjozo which are fire-aged and can be kept at room temperature 😁.

Hi Chichi 😃 I thought you had to go to Miyazaki to drink it, so I was surprised to find it in Osaka 😳. I don't remember much but I think the food wasn't too bad 😁.

It reads "Hatsumiyo." Unkai Shuzo, famous for its buckwheat shochu, has released this unpasteurized sake. It seems to be distributed only in Miyazaki Prefecture, and I got it during my trip in July: ✌️ The aroma is rich and sweet with a hint of brown sugar. When you sip it, the rich sweetness of the brown sugar spreads in your mouth. And it has a good taste with a slight aftertaste. The aftertaste is very refreshing.

Hi Chichi 😃 I'd like to try some sake from Unkai Shuzo sometime😍. I wonder if the shochu culture around Kumamoto Miyazaki prefers sweeter (not fruity type) sake 🤔.

Hello bouken preacher 😃 I see that you are a preacher's dream brand: ❗️ Thank you for your time 😄 Sake from the 3 prefectures of Southern Kyushu has many of the flavors you mentioned, with the exception of a very few such as Tenpyo and Sandon!
