It reads "Hatsumiyo."
Unkai Shuzo, famous for its buckwheat shochu, has released this unpasteurized sake.
It seems to be distributed only in Miyazaki Prefecture, and I got it during my trip in July: ✌️
The aroma is rich and sweet with a hint of brown sugar.
When you sip it, the rich sweetness of the brown sugar spreads in your mouth.
And it has a good taste with a slight aftertaste.
The aftertaste is very refreshing.

Hi Chichi 😃
I'd like to try some sake from Unkai Shuzo sometime😍.
I wonder if the shochu culture around Kumamoto Miyazaki prefers sweeter (not fruity type) sake 🤔.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi 🌆.
I always drink this with my salad rolls Ippei Sushi 😆.
It's delicious except for that 😋.

Hello bouken preacher 😃
I see that you are a preacher's dream brand: ❗️
Thank you for your time 😄
Sake from the 3 prefectures of Southern Kyushu has many of the flavors you mentioned, with the exception of a very few such as Tenpyo and Sandon!
