I opened a bottle of my favorite Kangiku to go with it!
Fresh and sweet aroma, gentle acidity, refreshing aftertaste.
I still love it.
This year was a year in which I was able to clearly understand my sake preferences.
It was also the year I met Kangiku Meikozo at a sake bar in Hiroshima on a trip and fell in love with one sip.
I worked hard at my job!
I think I was able to improve my skills in many areas, I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do, and I also had my own trials and challenges (which, yes, I will work hard on).
A good year, good drinks and meat to end it.
2024 was a fulfilling year, thank you.
