Ginjo aroma is a little
Strong and full-bodied, but still with a refreshingly sweet aroma.
It is refreshing and crisp, but the full-bodied flavor is so strong that it will not be overpowered even with tough snacks!
This type of sake is rare for me.
Next time I climb Mt. Ameshika, I will buy some more!
