To be honest, I had never heard of this brand.
The balance of sweetness, umami and acidity is amazing.
And I felt the aroma of cedar was disturbing at first, but it became addictive as it went on.
But as it goes on, it becomes peculiar! (◎_◎;)
I can see why they put the minerality in the front 🍶!
