This sake is brewed with a fantastic rice called "Sawanohana" that is not available to the general public and is said to have "Kame-no-o", "Aikoku", and "Asahi" as its ancestors.
This rice is produced in the Miyazawa district of Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, which is a sister city to the area where I live 😊.
It has a sweet and gorgeous aroma and a soft and robust sweet and savory taste in the mouth.

I think this may be a Yamagata Prefecture exclusive 💦.
It has a strong flavor of rice, but it is also modern and very easy to drink!
