I love the sake here and have had it several times in the past. All of Shiga's sake is unique and delicious!
This Shizuri-Yuki is a nigori sake, with a deep, robust flavor that is also refreshing and slightly acidic, making it quite complex.
It is a little early today, but I started drinking while also doing some light work. It's time to get tipsy.
