I participated in a sake festival to unveil the Bodhi Hashiwazake brewing process in the precincts of Nara Bodhiyama Shorakuji Temple. The sweet and sour smell that pervaded the air soaked us.
I was happy to be able to attend this event, which I have wanted to go to for two years.

It was cold and hard to wait for the bus at JR Nara station.
The name of the sake brewed at Bodai-zan Shoryaku-ji Temple is "Bodai-zumi".
The name of the sake is "Bodai-izumi", the origin of sake which is not brewed in stages.
I was glad to be able to taste the "Bodai-izumi".
It tasted like grape juice with lemon, or like a tart and delicious flavor of a sea cucumber.
It was on sale, but at 16.500 yen for 720 ml, I couldn't afford it 😂.
