Today I had a Yoro sake from Yoro Sake Brewery 😋.
The aroma is not so strong 🤔The taste of rice and a little bit of sweetness on the palate 🌾. It's a dry and easy to drink sake 😚 It's been a while since I've had a regular sake, but it's still a royal sake 😳.
I hope to absorb Yamanashi sake during my business trip to Yamanashi 🥳👍

After I found out that there are only about 11 breweries in Yamanashi Prefecture when I searched for sake breweries, I made it my goal to conquer them during my business trip😊I have about 10 days left on my business trip, so I will drink some more and then go home 🫡.

I was able to achieve my goal during my business trip to Yamanashi 😊✌️11 brewery, so I was able to get about half at the brewery and half at the liquor store 💮@Mizuhashi-san might be able to complete Nagano Prefecture 😁.
