<Sour, bitter, refreshing, dandy fruity. Kuhyoji's standard Daiginjo, EAU DU DESIR means "water of hope". The aroma is slightly banana. In the mouth, there is a slight carbonation and a refreshing acidity. After a step delay, the taste becomes bitter. The sweetness is just a hint at the back of it. And after that, the sour and bitter fruity aroma. I feel that the sweetness has become less than I remember. But I don't feel that it has degraded the quality at all. Rather, it's more like a classy, mature man. Not an old man, but an uncle. It's cool and delicious. It's not Ghibli, but if I were to use an analogy, it would be Lupin from Clarice's point of view in "Cagliostro's Castle". If you say "uncle" in Ghibli, it would be Lupin. Of course, only Clarice calls Lupin "uncle". Lupin, as seen through Clarice's eyes, is cool, dandy, immortal, strong, and a hero who comes to the rescue in times of need. He's a thief, but he's not a bad guy. That makes her fall in love with him. Satisfaction: ★★★★. I'll post the full version on the blog, complete with character images. If you'd like, you can search for "korune sake" or visit from the link in my profile section.

Hahaha! It's easy to understand the analogy of Lupin from Clarice's point of view. It's not a drink that makes a statement, but it's a drink that takes a step back, but has its own character.
