Enjoy the taste change of pineapple candy type
I found an electric chrysanthemum at the basement of a department store where I sometimes stop by. It is hard to find elsewhere in Okayama City, so I bought it. Expectations are high when it is a limited edition of the chrysanthemum.
I opened the bottle with a squeak. The aroma reminds me of ripe fruit and sugar, like pineapple candy. The smooth mouthfeel is followed by a juicy sweet flavor with a gassy feeling. The aroma reminds us of ripe sweet and sour taste like pineapple, and after a little bitterness, it finishes with a lingering sweetness.
On the first and second days, the impression was quite sweet, but from the third day, the sweetness receded a little and the balance improved, and it was delicious.

I went to the basement of Okayama Tenmaya Department Store to look for some sake to drink on my way home. It was fun just to look at the lineup, which was different from that of a regular liquor store. Eiko Fuji caught my eye. Then, I saw a bottle of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. This was one I could not miss. So I bought it.
I opened the bottle. Not so much that it erupts, but you get the feeling of gas. The aroma is rich and reminds me of the sweetness of tropical fruits. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweet flavor spreading out from the clean, weak attack. The gasiness is a bit weak. After that, a pungent spiciness appears, and the spiciness and sweetness cohabitate as the wine finishes crisp and clean.
The sake design is interesting in that it balances the sweetness with spiciness. At a sake strength of -6, the spiciness tightens the sweetness just when you think it might be too sweet. The gasiness reminds one of a star in the sky, and the spiciness reminds one of a shooting star.
The rich barbecue and sweetness harmonized with each other, and together with the spiciness that followed, they cut the oil.
