Mellow and tasty rice flavor. It has a good aftertaste, though it is different from a refreshing one. Because it is not a ginjo, it goes well with Yonezawa beef sukiyaki. A sake suitable for meat. As expected from a local junmai sake brewery!
ALC 15 degrees, 60% polished rice.
