I bought this cold sake at a local sake brewery in Kanazawa station. I really wanted to pair it with sashimi, but since we were outdoors, I served it with crab and white shrimp 🦀🍤🍤🍤🍤🍤.
It is said to be characterized by a light sweetness and acidity, but it also goes down well and I preferred the temperature range where it was returning to room temperature 🎵.
