This bottle was purchased at the Okaya City Toshimaya Brewery Birabiraki that was held yesterday. It is made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture. PÉTILLANT is French for slightly sparkling, so we opened the bottle with a pop! It has a pleasant gasiness on the palate. It is juicy and sweet, with a fullness in the second half, and is easy to drink! It's a 300ml bottle, so it was instantaneous✨. At the tasting, you pay a fee and get a "Masu" (a sake cup), which allows you to drink as much as you want of a wide variety of sake as you like! I drank too much of the limited edition sake, summer sake, and a very expensive Junmai Daiginjo 🌀.

cracks that form in the ice on Lake Suwa Refreshing aroma in a dry taste. Refreshing and refreshing. Rice goes well with it. GI NAGANO" is said to have good quality this year. The same sake was also served at the tasting corner, but for some reason, this one tasted better. Maybe it is the influence of the barrels. 5/25 The 20th Kamidori Kurabiraki Sake Tasting. There were stalls, taiko performances, and the eating and drinking areas were packed, making it look like a festival. During the brewery tour, you could see the freshly made koji and hear about the price of rice and the real financial situation. For 1500 yen, you can sample 23 kinds of sake (including shochu). And you can pour as much as you want. It's too loose and it's the best. Daiginjo infinite loop. It's a festival.

Sold at the Sake Department office on the second floor of the warehouse, which is open on Saturdays in December. The sake brewery in Okaya, which is also familiar to Kamito. The name "King of Sake" is a big deal.
