It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma, but the taste is fruity. It has a sharpness to it, so it's suitable as a food sake. 飲んべえ16Since I didn't go back to Tokyo, I came to Kyoto to eat zoni (stewed rice with red bean paste), although it was a difficult time with coronavirus. It is a precious experience for me because I don't have many chances to eat ozoni except at my parents' house. I'm especially looking forward to trying Kyoto's miso-based ozoni.
