ヒラッチョ
For the second cup, I ordered a 2-gallon bottle of "Tsuru no Tomo".
It arrived in a large sake bottle.
We were recommended to have a set meal with Hegi Soba and drink it while snacking, so we ordered no rice and a large bowl of Soba.
Hegi-soba is originally served in a larger rectangular bowl (called "hegi") with a hand gesture for each bite (see the second image).
However, you can still taste the flavor of hegi-soba.
Tsuru no Tomo is blind, but this is probably ordinary sake, Kamishaku.
I usually warm up Tsuru no Tomo, so it's been a while since I've had two glasses of cold sake.
It's a classic sake, but it's also clear, delicious, and has a unique silky texture that makes it a great sake👍.
