It is the first time to drink Fukuoka's famous sake.
It is perfect with sparkling sashimi. It's a junmai-shu (pure rice wine) with a 65% milling rate made by Mr. Tanaka.

It's been a long time since I've had a cup of Kuheiji. If you read carefully, you will find that wine glasses are recommended, but I have never had it served in a wine glass. You can enjoy the gorgeous aroma even in a sake cup.
