Hanamup is quite difficult to find a four-pack in Tokyo. I used to think that just because it was called Ryoseki Shuzo, it would be easy to buy it, but good sake is good regardless of whether it is famous or not.
It has a refreshing taste and a fruity aroma. The gorgeous sweetness of the sake is finally broken up by the lingering finish of the omachi. I drank it while having a luxurious barbecue, but it is a quality sake that can be enjoyed slowly on its own.
It is a rare example of complexity coexisting in simplicity.
