いーじーI bought this when I visited my grandmother in Shizuoka.
The clerk told me that they don't distribute much outside of the prefecture.
Nutty and nutty aroma
Nutty aroma
Slight yellow color
High alcohol content and thick volume.
The astringency comes afterwards and the spiciness cuts through quickly.
The aftertaste is short. いーじーWhen I returned to my parents' house, I finally uncorked a bottle of sake that I had purchased in Shizuoka, where my grandmother is located, around New Year's. I had left it there.
It is only found in Shizuoka Prefecture, so if you are traveling there, you should definitely try it.
I was told that it goes well with cold, room temperature, or hot sake, so I went with room temperature.
The aroma was gorgeous.
However, when I drank it, I found it to be quite light and dry with a mild taste.
The acidity that appears in the aftertaste is quite strong. It has a nice accent.
The aftertaste is quite long.
いーじーSake I bought in Shizuoka with my grandmother, Part 5
I bought this sake because the liquor store I went to had the Shidaizumi Fujieda cup and this sake that I posted earlier.
At room temperature.
Slightly yellowish. Slight ginjo aroma.
It is not that strong, dry, sharp, and full without any cloying taste.
I felt it was gentler than other dry junmai sakes, perhaps due to the characteristics of the Honorifuji sake. More feminine than masculine. It is more like a meadow where the leaves are swept by the wind than a sea with waves crashing on it. That is the image I had. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
