When I returned to my parents' house, I finally uncorked a bottle of sake that I had purchased in Shizuoka, where my grandmother is located, around New Year's. I had left it there.
It is only found in Shizuoka Prefecture, so if you are traveling there, you should definitely try it.
I was told that it goes well with cold, room temperature, or hot sake, so I went with room temperature.
The aroma was gorgeous.
However, when I drank it, I found it to be quite light and dry with a mild taste.
The acidity that appears in the aftertaste is quite strong. It has a nice accent.
The aftertaste is quite long.
