Sake I bought in Shizuoka with my grandmother, Part 5
I bought this sake because the liquor store I went to had the Shidaizumi Fujieda cup and this sake that I posted earlier.
At room temperature.
Slightly yellowish. Slight ginjo aroma.
It is not that strong, dry, sharp, and full without any cloying taste.
I felt it was gentler than other dry junmai sakes, perhaps due to the characteristics of the Honorifuji sake. More feminine than masculine. It is more like a meadow where the leaves are swept by the wind than a sea with waves crashing on it. That is the image I had.
