This is a raw sake from Aki Tora that Kaorin liked the best😇.
Sake in Kochi is either dry with a lot of guts or sweet and umami with a CEL24, but this one was a very sweet and umami sake.
This was a delicious sake with a strong sweet-umami taste 😇.

Actually, the monorail event is done every month and I've wanted to go many times so far, but I'm sorry I couldn't make it 😅.
Next month is supposed to be a train marrying Tottori sake and crab in the second half of January 😀.

I think it was a snack, or rather a bento packed with the flavors of Kochi Prefecture, which went well with the solid Kochi sake 😀.
I believe there is also a local sake train in Shiga on the Omi Railway ❓

Yes, there is! I haven't seen this year's information yet, but I think it starts in January every year 🤔I always say to my husband that we should go every year, but we keep putting it off 😅.
