I don't think I've ever had a dry sake.
It's yellowish and a bit viscous, which is typical of unpasteurized sake.
The brewer, Tatsuya Ishikawa, is said to have been recruited.
It is 21 degrees and easy to drink for its altitude.
It is a very particular sake.
