Sipped at a Japanese-style izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a tokkuri cup.
The ginjo aroma was uplifting, and in the mouth it had a fruity flavor and a good amount of sweetness. It has the gorgeousness and balance of an Ottersai, and I enjoyed its smoothness and mellowness on the palate.
