The first sip, which also feels a little coarse, is mainly sweetness from the rice, and the dryness is drained away. The pairing with oysters was a good match with its light and refreshing impression. In addition to oysters, it seems to be a good match with white fish and other seafood.

Chosen because it is labeled as dry + seems to be a local sake from Miyagi Prefecture. The first sip is very fruity, and the junmai ginjo-like sweetness of the rice continues. The sharpness is not too much and does not linger. Well-balanced and suitable for everyone. I paired it with oysters and wished it was a little more dry.
