Home drinking. Purchased after tasting at a stall space on the sales floor. The label is said to read "I am the only one who knows. When you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma. It is a daiginjo, as it should be. The color is clear crystal. When you put it in your mouth, there is a hint of sweetness. It has a refreshing sweetness like green apple🍏. The mouthfeel is clean and light. The last note is a hint of hacca and a discreet ginjo aroma. The overall impression is of a light finish. This is the first sake from Shikoku that is this light. Refreshing, refreshing, and easy to drink sake with just the right amount of sweetness 🍶. I think people who are not used to drinking sake can also enjoy it.
