If you're going to do it with fish, do it at Hitakami. The last night of the petit Miyagi tour, we went to this place. I was in a hurry, but I decided to go with the usual one.
At first, the spiciness of this dish was overwhelming, but once my mouth got used to the fish, it was delicious. It was delicious.
