Junmai Tamakae is a standard sake of Shichihonjari.
I thought it would be better to drink it at room temperature, so I sipped it chibiri chibiri while sitting idly on the terrace.
I was drinking it with potato chips, but it was a sake with a deep pocket to accept them. 南十字輝6/10
I don't know much about this sake, but I think it is from Torigoe, Taito-ku.
It is made by Wazo Sake Brewery in Chiba Prefecture.
I think it is a local sake, as I have seen it at the Torigoe Festival and at a sake shop in front of the warehouse.
The taste is quite a classic sake.
It tastes clean and tasty, but spicy and tangy.
I was allowed to drink it outside at a corner shop called Futaba Sake, and it was a pleasant and fluffy sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
