The fifth tasting. This is another high-end line from Drunken Whale. The fruity aroma escapes in the mouth, it has a firm umami taste and is capped off with acidity. It is delicious.

The fourth tasting. The top of the line of drunken whales. This is honestly delicious. It is a 30% polished rice sake, and it is a medium-bodied sake. Anyway, the aroma is gorgeous, and the acidity and umami are intertwined without any cloying taste, so you can enjoy a wonderful aftertaste.

Today is the drunken whale warehouse festival. The shuttle bus took us to the Tosa warehouse of Drunken Whale. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the president and other staff members, followed by the eagerly awaited tasting. We started with a summer sake. It was easy to drink with its clean, dry taste and fruity ginjo aroma.
