べっさんThe second drink was Shichida. This color label is unusual. The aroma of rice is good from the restrained sweetness. The clarity with a gentle sense of umami. It is delicious. The soba noodles were also delicious. I now have more places to go to. べっさんFirst visit. The counter of the restaurant I was planning to visit was full, so I changed my mind. We were lured by the sake appeal at the front of the restaurant. It is a buckwheat noodle shop in the basement, but it is new and has a nice wooden smell. I ordered the first sake from the regular menu, as I do not drink much WA-ETSU.
