[One more drink at Odendining Denkaku The second glass of Kuwana's local sake was also ordered to finish off the meal. Hot sake "Kuhana", specs unknown! I forgot to take a picture, so I used the one from last time. The aroma of fruity rice aroma rises as it warms up, the mouthfeel is soft and umami, and then it finishes with a fruity aroma that escapes through the nose. I was surprised that the fruity aroma didn't fly away when heated up. Kuwana was quite an interesting town! I tried to stop by Kuwana Yokocho in front of the station, but all the stores were already closed, so I gave up, but the people drinking were in a pretty good mood 😁.

Hi Jive 🐦. I enjoyed watching your Kuwana drinking 😊I've never seen this brand before 😳I'm curious about the fruity when warmed up 😁I'm enjoying the unknown local drinks and dishes... oh! Did you try the grilled clams?

Hi, Pon-chan! This one is brewed by the same brewery as "SATO" and I loved both of them on this trip to Kuwana 😁I just regret that I didn't get them because I didn't have time to buy souvenirs 😅.

P.S. Pon-chan. We had grilled and tempura local specialty clams 😋. The scary thing is that my eldest daughter loved the clams, she ate a total of 10 pieces of the expensive ones, so I'm very thankful to my in-laws 🤣.

[After leaving Miejin, I wanted to stop by a local store in Kuwana, so I strolled around the station and downtown area. [I was lured by the words "Oden🍢" and decided to walk through the curtain of DENKAKU 😁. Oh, they serve sashimi and have a wide variety of food 😋. I ordered a hot sake with 5 kinds of oden for the time being 🍶. Hot sake at SASHIMI, specs unknown. I liked the Kuwana's local sake "Sashimi" that I had at Miejin earlier, so I ordered it hot ✨. Slowly seeping into the palate, with a dry finish. It goes well with oden with aonori (green laver) on top! I thought it was unusual to have aonori in the salty soy sauce broth, so I asked the owner about it and he told me that it was inspired by Shizuoka oden. Fukui's soup stock is slightly miso-like and has a sweet taste, so you can feel the local flavor 😋.
