TakThis sake was given to me on a trip to Nasu. It was a little sweet, had no peculiar taste, and was easy to drink. ちゃんまやPA beautiful 300ml bottle of a brand I have never seen in Tokyo before😁.
The sake is produced by the same brewery that produces barley, sweet potato, chestnut and other types of shochu.
It doesn't have much aroma, but you can feel the sweetness and the taste of rice in your mouth. After that, the coolness of citrus fruits spreads and the aftertaste is like a thin grapefruit juice.
The aroma is more alcoholic, and I felt a whiskey-like flavor.
However, it was easy to drink because there was no harshness that lingered in the throat. The taste is strangely addictive😄. ちゃんまやPAs understood from the label, it is an original label of Hotel Epinar Nasu that probably exists in Nasu Kogen.
The aroma is like a picture of green apples🍏. I drank it with cold sake, but it was a little sweet and very refreshing. It is easy to drink because there is no spiciness of alcohol. There is no strong impact on the palate, but it is a delicious sake😄.
It goes well with sushi🍣👍.
