Timeline
やす☆2008BY was served warm. I have had many kinds of Taketsuru, but the 2008BY is the oldest ever.
The color is a dark brown. It has a caramelized taste and a sharpness that can only come from long aging. やす☆2021BY was served warm. The color was amber. It has a mild sweetness and sharpness typical of Taketsuru. やす☆This is the first Tamagawa draft sake I've had outside of Ice Breaker. Surprisingly, this is the first time for them to use Tamakawa.
It has a mild candy-like sweetness that increases as it warms up, and it has a nice sharpness. やす☆There is no description, but it seems to be R4BY.
The color is light. When warmed up, it has a mild flavor with a slight burnt taste, but it is crisp and clean. Ishikawa Touji's Tsuki no I does not expand so much even when heated, giving the impression of being crisp and refreshing. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
