This is the second batch of handmade new sake brewed with freshly harvested rice this autumn. This is a winter-only unpasteurized sake made from 100% Sasanishiki, a variety of rice that is representative of Miyagi Prefecture. The elegant and clear sweetness of Sasanishiki is harmonized with the fresh aroma of freshly made sake, and it goes well with seasonal foods such as oden and oyster nabe hot pot dishes, and cold yellowtail sashimi. Please enjoy it with seasonal foods.
