The second item of the sake comparison. It's very dry. There is almost no vocabulary to express dryness.... It's a mature taste (^_^;)

Sake drinking contest at Takenoya. I've had Tanaka Rokugo a few times, but I've never reviewed it, so I'll leave it here. At the first sip, you can feel a slight sourness, but it recedes quickly, so the refreshing impression stands out. I didn't feel any sweetness. I think it is a sake that can be served with a wide variety of foods, from dark meat dishes to lightly grilled fish and sashimi. For me, I prefer the company's regular sake "Shiraito Junmai" which has a sweet taste.
