A bottle during my trip to Niigata. Yesterday, I had decided to carefully drink a bottle of Jun purchased in Niigata over two nights, but I ended up buying it and drinking it. I had heard of Takachiyo, but I heard that Ipponshime is only available at 20 stores in Niigata Prefecture, so being a meek person, I bought it. I was surprised when I drank it. It had a refreshing sweetness and richness that I had never tasted before. Very gorgeous flavor. It is insanely delicious! I would recommend this product to anyone who loves sake. I got drunk, so I will drink the rest tomorrow.

I am staying in Niigata for two nights on a trip but cannot drink during the day because of driving, so I bought this sake to drink carefully over two nights. Even those who are not good at drinking sake may find it easy to drink because it has a nice mouthfeel. I started drinking it at room temperature, so I would like to try it cold.
