I almost blew up right after opening the bottle ❗LOL Bitter and dry olive oil It goes well with the celery salad that we were just eating! Fruity bitter sweet.

長期熟成辛口食中酒としてほどよいお味🍶 コロッケ(醤油で)とまろやかに進む😋 やはり燗にしたときの方が美味しい✨ 辛口だが旨味があるのでどっしりしています。
