Refreshing and crisp. This is a raw daiginjo from Yamamoto-gun, Akita Prefecture. It is a nama-gara sake with a good depth and umami. Purchased at Asakusa's Sake no Oumasu Kaminarimon branch. I wondered if it was the same as Hakkaisan's namaiginjo, but But when I compared them, this one was better.

I bought this raw daiginjo from Inazato in Ibaraki prefecture at Asakusa Chokura ◎ Japanese sake culture specialty store Anagura. It has a high flavor and dry taste, and is easy to drink for both strong and weak drinkers. This is a definite repeat purchase. At less than 2000 yen for this quality, it's very cosy!
