This is a raw daiginjo from Yamamoto-gun, Akita Prefecture.
It is a nama-gara sake with a good depth and umami.
Purchased at Asakusa's Sake no Oumasu Kaminarimon branch.
I wondered if it was the same as Hakkaisan's namaiginjo, but
But when I compared them, this one was better.
