Hida Kunihourai Sake Brewery Direct from Hida Kunihourai Junmai Ginjyo Hizoso-shu Summer Sake Junmai Ginjyo Hizoso Sake Premium Spring Sake from Hida Kunihourai Brewery While shopping, I came across a treasured sake wrapped in newspaper! I had no choice but to buy it. I immediately started to compare. I felt the season of Japan. The first-spring sake is mild, sweet, and deep. Summer sake is also deep, but also has a tingling spiciness compared to spring. It is so nice that Japan can express the sweetness of spring and the coolness of summer in the depth of each season! I'm enjoying the comparison! Thanks again for the great sake tonight 🍶!

The second stage of the raw brewing process! We visited the brewery of Hakusen Shuzo again. It is 16 degrees, 55% rice polishing ratio, junmai ginjo, a little spicy, fragrant, not too strong after drinking, but lingering in the mouth...it is the best. It goes well with the negi salt squid cucumbers from a certain convenience store! This sake is made from edible rice called "Ryu no Hitomi," which is famous in Gifu Prefecture for its miraculous rice. It is said to be an edible rice suitable for sake. It is delicious to eat and drink! Look at this cool label! Look at this cool label. It seems to be a collaboration with a Gujo Honzome dyeing shop. The labels here are so elaborate that I never get tired of looking at them. Good to look at, good to drink! I'm happy and tipsy today. Here's to myself for working hard all day!

Igaja, Junmai Daiginjo Hanzo! I have hay fever and my nose is stuffed up, but I can still taste the deliciousness of this sake. I can't help but drink too much of it! The mellow aroma lingers after drinking, but is not clingy. I would definitely like to try it again when my nose is more open. I was completely defeated by a sake that was so good at making me drink it! I'm completely drunk! Thank you to my acquaintance for letting me encounter this sake. Thanks for the delicious sake! Bottled at the brewery. Aromatic and fruity sake with an aromatic flavor that spreads on the palate. Slightly dry. Very easy to drink. It is so easy to drink that you can drink a whole bottle! Recommended for those who like a little dryness. The logo is a nice fusion of modernity and history. The atmosphere of the brewery staff was fun and pleasant. The sakekasu gelato and hon mirin gelato at the brewery cafe were also delicious. I would like to visit this brewery again. Happy with delicious sake today! Thanks for the delicious sake!
