Sake from Shiki Gakko in Tomiya City, Miyagi Prefecture. Today is the first distribution day of the four times a year. This is the first hanpukai-only sake I signed up for. This time, it came with a side dish of pickled Chinese cabbage made with Mino Kakushi Ita Kasu (traditional sake lees) and sun-dried salt. I am looking forward to it.
