The last evening at my parents' house (Nagaoka) was "Yui" made by students of Nagaoka Agricultural High School. We had it with our meal of dumplings and menchikatsu (minced pork cutlets), and it had a solid punch and a strong presence that was as strong as the darker dishes 🤗. I'll be back in Saitama tomorrow on the 8th, so I'll try to drink some sake from all over the country and update you ✌️. Thanks for all the likes on my posts so far 🙏!
