This is the first time I drank kijoshu.
Here are my personal impressions.
It feels like sake, but tastes like a sweet wine with a whiskey-like aftertaste.
The aftertaste is mild and gentle.
Delicious.
It is fruity, but not light either.
Rather than being savored on its own, it is a beautiful complement to a delicious rice dish.
The aftertaste is more than dry, but the initial taste is a bit? Sweet? I thought so.
I think it would go well with sashimi.
Easy to drink.
