I wanted to choose the daiginjo drinking contest (4,500 yen), but gave up when I saw the amount of money spent for the day. Very easy to drink, and while I'm a beginner, I think it has a nice sharpness and umami flavor.

I drank a junmai sake, Kaga Yukiume. It was not to my liking and I felt the power of "Junmai Daiginjo". I decided to avoid drinking cheap sake, even more so in a good restaurant.
