The sake that made me fall in love with sake💕 I can taste the acidity but feel the richness just as much☺️I love how that richness lingers in my mouth~! Purchased in Fukui Prefecture. The moment I put it in my mouth, it was light and dry. I thought it would just end up tasting light and simple, but the moment I closed my mouth and took a breath, my mouth was filled with flavor 👀. The label said it was a green apple. The aftertaste was rich and sweet? It was delicious! It was delicious ☺️. Junmai Ginjo Rice polishing ratio: 60%.
