Unexpected encounters. Sake made with sake brewing yeast isolated from "Sakurahime," Ehime Prefecture's original flower variety. Sakurahime" is a pretty, pale pink flower. This sake is a perfect representation of such a flower. In my opinion, it is a sake that is very suitable for women. The Ehime Sakurahime series is also sold by various other breweries. They seem to be divided into four types with different aroma and flavor characteristics depending on the yeast. Jukishin Sakurahime is TYPE-3 Well Balance. I would like to try other types. Rice used: Nikomaru rice Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 16%.

For some reason, it's been almost two years since I've had sake. The first one to commemorate the occasion was my favorite Jukishin! Even though it's been a long time, you can't feel it! It makes me think that sake is good after all! Home sweet home!

This is my first post. I heard that this sake is made using clear water from Matsuno-cho, Ehime Prefecture. It's not too sweet, not too harsh, it's a delicious sake. I'm having it with sashimi platter. It is the best.
