The owner was very impressed.
I'm going to have it right away.
First, the aroma. It smells sweet.

Then you feel a refreshing sweetness.
Even though it is the supernatant, it is already milky, and I also feel a citrus fruity flavor in the back.
It is already too delicious.
The second half is also refreshingly bitter and exquisitely balanced.
Nigori
It becomes rich all at once.
It is an explosion of flavor!
There is also sweetness and less bitterness.
The sweetness and umami sink in~ Just really delicious. It is too delicious.
The third picture is also a service that the owner gave us.
And after finishing off the hot pot with ramen and rice porridge, I was full to the brim both in the stomach and in the heart.
In this way, I spent a day of happiness that cannot be fully expressed by the word "bliss.
