Today, I visited Fujioka Sake Brewery at the end of last year and bought a bottle of Aozora.
This time, it was a kurazukuri rice, Kinuhikari Ooragarami.

Sumi Sake Cold
First, the aroma. The aroma of sake is very strong.
From the chiri-chiri-gassiness to the umami, the gradation of citrus sweetness and acidity to bitterness.

Nigori Cold
The base is the same as Sumi-shu Cold, but it seems to be a little milder.
The attack also starts from sweet and sour. However, there is a strong lingering bitterness in the second half.

The base is the same as that of Sumi-shu Cold, but it is milder overall.
It has a sake-like taste, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness, but it is mildly delicious!

nigori lukewarm
Sourness and bitterness.
The bitter and spicy taste is quite refreshing. However, there is also a hint of rice flavor.
The bitterness is a little stronger in balance than other ways of drinking.
I suddenly felt that it somehow resembles the taste of Kaze no Mori, but what do you think?
