After leaving the sake brewery opening, it was starting to get cold and drizzly, so we went to an izakaya in the Otesuji shopping district for drinks and a set meal🍶🍚.

It is a sake kasu from Kaze no Mori! I heard it has a fruity taste. I'm looking forward to it. ❣️
Sugitama, a handsome confectionary was purchased at the sake brewery opening.
It was delicious 🍵 with a crunchy green tea flavored crust wrapped in white bean paste.
It was a fun day seeing the town of Fushimi with its sake breweries🎶.

The second photo is sakekasu! It is the lees that comes out when sake is squeezed. It is delicious when made into sake lees soup or amazake😊and this is the sake lees of Kaze no Mori: ❣️

I guess you are one of those people who try it as it is 😆The taste is totally different depending on the sake 😳and when I tried it in sake lees soup, it tasted light 💦I wonder if the robust or honjozo sake is better for sake lees soup 🙄.

Try it 😁I like cream cheese 8 and sakekasu 2 😄You can also add sesame seeds or hiratake mushrooms if you like ✨I learned this recipe from a toji at Wakamusume, so I think it probably goes with 2 cups of sake.
